Please order at least 72 hours ahead so we can prepare everything fresh. For same-week events, call us at 954-990-6548 and we will do our best.
Can I mix platters?
Of course — most events mix two or three mains with rice, plantains and salads. Build your list above and we will fine-tune portions with you.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver for catering orders. Choose “Delivery” in the request form and add your address — we will confirm timing and any delivery details with your quote.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Tell us about any allergies in the notes, and we will plan your platters around them. You can also call 954-990-6548 to talk it through.
